In the second volume of the journal, we want to make some preliminary reflections that will help your reading. This volume aims live to help understand the national and international reality and to show its historical operation in Latin America. It is an volume that seeks to break with the dominant thought that covers up and falsifies reality and thus promotes a new, effectively liberating discourse.
