At the study site, an infrastructure analysis was conducted with the purpose of understanding the circumstances in which students found themselves for their learning process. This analysis showed a lack of space and waste of areas available at the Centro Universitario de San Marcos. In order to improve infrastructure conditions, we proposed the design of earthquake resistant buildings using Structural Frames guaranteeing basic and safe services needed by students. In the elaboration of the analysis and design of the buildings it was necessary to inquire about the number of students in the University Center and mainly to obtain the optimization by levels and areas destined to classrooms. It was determined how to take advantage of and reuse the module of prefabricated emerging classrooms with the elaboration of three buildings (Wings 1, 2 and 3) with dimensions and safety according to what the university needs.
