Based on the more general review of the pandemic and the post-pandemic period (increased since the officialization of the end of the pandemic by the WHO), some of the most relevant socio-educational effects or features of this pandemic are raised. These elements constitute factors that must be taken into account by the public university in its effort to support the socio-affective and productive recovery of societies.
Based on these features or elements, four major responsibilities attributable to the public university in this post-pandemic time are presented.
